As a Chef I have had a passion for cooking and for the outdoors that
has lasted for as long as I can remember. Having cooked professionally
for over 30 years, I love sharing this enthusiasm and knowledge through
teaching, mentoring, and through daily interactions with people who
share this passion. My repertoire is wide, and my focus is always on
allowing fresh, quality ingredients to speak for themselves, I love to
travel, and have more recently been excited to bring memorable
culinary experiences to remote locations.
