Paddle Canada Level 1 Sea Kayak Skills Course
Level-1 is a two-day course that welcomes participants into the sport of sea kayaking. The course is aimed at developing paddler's comfort on flatwater. As well as learning how to manoeuvre the kayak there is a strong focus on re-entry techniques as well as the skills required to safely plan and execute a day trip with friends (for example, navigation & route planning, weather interpretation, proper clothing/gear.)

This trip has be designed to take Paddle Canada Level 2 graduates that want to refresh their skills, test their skills out on Lake Superior or just to join likeminded paddlers on an awesome coastline. Our Instructors help you prepare what to pack to be self-reliant for meals and equipment on this trip and then accompany you to offering skills coaching along the way.

Paddlepalooza – Georgian Bay’s Kayak Festival
Paddlepalooza is special because of the professional instructors and enthusiastic attendees who come together each year to learn, share, and celebrate a love of kayaking together. This is a weekend event with the option to add Friday to make it a long-weekend training getaway.
